For the boosters and conduits, enter their respective names in the forum search engine for hints(there are spoilers hidden somewhere in the forum too). For the gun, check around Corolis again. You can get the Mine Access card way later in the game. The vending machine is not really important. The doors that open halfway can be fixed later. And the pearl necklace, look around again(this game requires a lot of looking around and snooping).
