I can't figure out how the boosters or the conduits work, so I haven't done those yet. Where can I get the papers I need to get the Mine Access card? Where's the gun to give that little boy? What's with the vending machine and all those doors that won't open or only partway?who do I give this necklace to? Here's my inventory:
