Trail of Anguish--Rat & bombs???

Hello again...I need some help...I'm haveing troble with two of the tasks that were given to me thay are:
1. Get the Rat
2. Bomb the cars.
For # 2 I already put all the bombs on the all the cars...but how do you get all the bombs on in only 17 moves? Can I get some help on this?
For # 1 I need to get that rat...I need some hints.
