First, don't worry about weapons, you don't have to reach the sword to beat her, but there are two things at your disposal aside from yourself which can beat her up.

Second.. opening the murder hole would help.

Third, keep a close eye on how Pheicryn reacts to everything you do and what position you are in after each round of attacks, she'll have to be a bit dazed before you can get rid of her.
