"PHEICRYN" in GOA

Before I thought I knew the meaning of being "stuck" now I'm positive that I really am! :o(
I can't get to the blade she keeps tripping me, can't open the murder hole, can't do anything with the oil. Can do something with the chain, until "I" drop it again, I've pretty much got a sequence worked out:(I don't know if I should put details in case it spoils it for anyone else)it just uses a combination of what's left over. I know I can hurt her.
I've looked thru the other hints and someone managed to get her in the murder hole? how???
I'm not carrying any weapons sadly.
Do I keep on doing what I'm doing or what?
Am I meant to get her in the hole?
Help appreciated
