I just heard Mr. Cucinich and as far as the bail out I could not agree more with his thoughts. Why aren't others going to the root of the problem? Help out the person with the Mortgage instead of dumping money to the folks that caused tha problem.
Refinance at a much lower Government S BA type of loan and extend the time by 10 years. It would pay off the exhixting loan freeing up funds,and lower the payment for the home owner so the point of being able to better afford the note.
