Each of us kids is born in a different month, which makes things somewhat easier. "Oh, right, March. That's Joel's month." One of my sisters was desperately hoping for us to end up with 12 kids in 12 different months.

We haven't duplicated first initials yet, but that's significantly easier to get away with.
