Sometimes it's hard to keep all of the family birthdays straight. It's also hard to keep up with the grandchildrens' ages, because it keeps changing.

My son, Sam, was born on Aug. 20, just three days before my birthday, so we often have him, and his family over for supper about the 21st or 22nd. None of our kids or grandkids ever turn down a chance to eat at the old home place.
