A useful diagram.
I sleep on my left side. Period.
If the bed in your diagram has the bedhead on the left, then I sleep head to the corner facing the wall.
If the bed in your diagram has the bedhead on the right, then I sleep feet to the corner facing away from the wall.

In my mind, these are opposite choices in terms of the poll questions.

My point?
This is an example of "More informaion needed." It's a type of poll I dislike, as I like to be honest and for me there is no honest answer among the four choices.
