Probably the best chili I've ever had in my life had chicken in it, and the sauce was white instead of dark red. The flavor was unique and incredible. And it was *hot*.

If I'm going to take the trouble to eat chili (and risk the gastrointestinal side-effects from eating such a dish), then I'd prefer to go all the way. Out with a bang, so to speak. I like my chili to be so hot that Al Gore condemns it as a leading cause of global warming. Hot enought to spill a few drops and end up with a hole to China (or Australia, or somewhere out in the Pacific Ocean, case being). Hot enough to have a half-life measured in milliseconds. Hot enough to be wanted by Interpol.
