I'm not quite sure what it's called anymore, but it's like a dry cloth/rag that collects dust and that can be reused. It's not specially for laptops, but it works just fine and can be used to clean other dusty areas as well.

I think "screen sweeper" is what my similar tool is called. I use one of those for dusting and I use Zeiss glasses cleaning wipes from Sam's Club to clean fingerprints and other smudges on the screen that don't come off with the dusting.
