That's what I thought as well. But there are 3 pads, which I'm assuming is the touchpad and the left and right button. But yes Kysle said it all.

I just thought it was interesting because I have an Dell Inspiron E1505 as well. What I do to clean the screen is get one of those Swifter things or something. I'm not quite sure what it's called anymore, but it's like a dry cloth/rag that collects dust and that can be reused. It's not specially for laptops, but it works just fine and can be used to clean other dusty areas as well.
