Reviews and Comments

Like an oasis in the desert, Chevy Chase's straight-faced comic talents are actually put to good use in Fletch, one of the few Chase films of the eighties to do so. The reason is that the plot remains serious, and Chase's wisecracking character is thrown in the middle of it. If you want to see a good detective story with good humor, Fletch is the place to look.
