This is not a good time to buy a used car. Katrina cars are still a possibility and now we have to watch for El Paso cars. To make matters worse, hurricane season is just getting into gear and floods are possible in many parts of the country.

If you are forced to buy used cars, you need to reseach each one carefully. Een if the title is from a place with no flooding, you still need to sniff around a lot. Cars are on wheels and could have been anywhere.
