I had a friend named Mandy Cat. Well, actually, she was a real calico cat named Mandy. I was up on the roof one day cleaning out the rain gutters and Mandy rubbed up against me. The problem is that I had no idea that she was on the roof, and I was startled and nearly fell over the edge. She was just being affectionate.
