He also put some of his famous lines from his stand-up comedy, "Git 'er done" and other cheesy remarks in that movie. Do you think Disney suggested it because they thought it would be a funny plug to put into the movie, or do you think Larry the Cable Guy said something along the lines of "If I have to do this stupid movie, you'd better put some of my one-liners in there" and Disney put it in his contract?

Did Jacob sing along like Alex did? That cracked me up.

I'm sure Larry the Cable Guy's people and the Disney people talked about what would and would not be said in the movie. They managed a G rating with old Larry in it, so they must have had him under control.

Can I assume that Larry was the voice of Mater?
I thought Darrell Waltrip sounded like somebody impersonating old DW, but I guess it was really him. I think Michael Waltrip would be a good voice for a movie character, but he has a lot on his plate right now.
