I have never seen a jay bird that was not completely covered in feathers. I also think they cross streets at crosswalks, just like the rest of us. I think they get a bum rap.

Pigeons also get a bum rap. I have seen them sitting in all kinds of places, but never on a stool. I don't remember ever seeing a pigeon with turned in toes.

Bird brains actually work very well. Does your brain know how to fly?

Doves are not particularly loving.

We aren't really fair to buzzards either. They are just trying to make a living.

And mocking birds aren't really making fun of anybody.

Sap suckers don't really suck sap. They are just looking for insects.

Road runners can fly. They just prefer not to. And they don't make that silly noise, either.

It's no wonder chickens scare easily. You know what people do to chickens.

Why can't we give all birds the same respect that crows get? Crows really do fly in a straight line, at least most of the time.
