Ah, to live in the House of the Future. Our refrigerator has one of those ice makers, but our vintage 1911 home doesn't have the necessary plumbing in place to hook the water supply up to it. So I still get to make ice the old-fashioned way, by filling those handy-dandy plastic ice cube trays from Rubbermaid with water from the tap.
