Rule of thumb about this game: STOP looking at other people's inventories and trying to figure out where they got random objects. Getting that one requires going through 4-5 major obstacles and another world first.

Anyway, have you visited with your old buddy from the Larosis jail? They should have let her back home, try knocking on doors in side alleys. Jacquillinos can point you towards a use of 560 gold coins.
