Crazy head hair + crazy facial hair + eyewear + artist smell = four things. Did you stick his beard on yet? ;)
As for organic material, Al Rawabi juice really IS "all natural."
You're on the right track with the window. See what you have the option to throw. The reason you can't snag the fertilizer is because your character's aim currently sucks. Fix that.
