Also, if you're not used to having your hair be really smooth, sometimes the smootheness itself can feel like conditioner or shampoo. If you're still rinsing and rinsing but there's no more shampoo or conditioner on your hands, this is probably what's happening. That was a lesson that took me a long time to figure out. I wish they had long hair school so you could learn this stuff quicker.
