Can't seem to progress with recipe any more - wondering if the last few ingredients can only be obtained after "getting into the clinic". My inventory:

backpack
beaker
paint
bottle cap
chain
chalk
disk
earthworm
fire map
glass pane
glue
HWI
leaf
lighter
mirror
NP
NPR
fashion photos
rust eater
wind item
screwdriver
screws
shirt
shoes
S.iron
V.Page
wire
wrench

Also, do I have to assemble ingredients in a specific place? Hints much appreciated.
