That is true. I've read many stories in the newspaper about car, or even bicycle accidents, in which one centimeter of styrofoam would have kept their brains inside their heads. I just don't seem to get why people don't want to waste five seconds of their lives to put on a helmet when it can mean the difference between life & death.
