Deport everyone who comes looking for a job, civil services or whatever, you do a background check, Oh, gee! Turns out this guy is Olaf Mortenson of Wheatville, Montana! And he doesn't have citizenship in the U.S.! Poof.

You can't deport 'em all, but it will certainly help.

Not necessarily 'sight' but that was exaggeration.
