I'm not disagreeing with you there- I really don't know enough about the process of coming into the country legally to form an opinion either way on the difficulty of the process. My argument is simply that not agreeing with a law is not in itself justification for breaking it.

The way I see it, if you want to become a citizen of this country, you should be willing to show that you will respect and abide by our rules in exchange for the advantages you get by living here. By breaking one of our laws to get in you are basically saying you have no regard for your obligations to the country but still expect the benefits of living here, and I have absolutely zero respect for that attitude.
