The new poll question is still really new, but it looks like "I don't have a driveway," is going to be a runaway. Mine is concrete. Most of it is 40 years old so there are a few cracks, but in the long run, I think concrete is the cheapest. Our daughter has a gravel drive that is several hundred feet long. They buy new gravel every few years and work on it with a tractor in between. Gravel works pretty well on a level drive, but a steep gradient and heavy rains do bad things.

I wonder how many people who don't have a driveway, also don't have a car. Sometimes I think not having a car is the secret to wealth and riches. Oops. Wandered off subject.
