If you know why you need the dress, you must have gained entry into a small building that's not used by anyone else on campus, only you have the key to and that guarantees you some privacy.

It's a great hiding place. Who needed to hide again?

At this point, I need to stop and ask you to post your inventory, as I'm betting that the one above is WAY off and I don't know if you have the thing you need.
