EFSM: Help me one more time please

Mrs A. has been served but no matter how many times I loosen or tighten the spinning things, I still get a message saying it isn't going fast enough for what I need to do. My inventory is still the same as my other posts. Except now I have a key that fits nothing. Thanks so much for all your help.
