You haven't helped the centaur yet? You just passed that poor, friendly soul who might actually reward you with something good for your kindness by? (Okay, okay, I'm not a totally altruistic soul...)
Don't know how to help her? Go find another accident-prone guy and lead him to some natural healers nearby. (They won't run away from an injured creature.) Then if you tell her about it, she'll help you out.
