So close!! I think I'm going to do something dangerous with something blunt. It's been days. Literally.

the clue is:
Armchairs, envious, plummeting on the edges of agility,
Pretty suffering crying in the vitality of the hill.
Plateaus of happy life, beaches of somber insanity,
I'd protest with hunger, but I've lost all insolence.
Mushy, ecstatic, I spit and hug my skittishness,
But an hour of thirst licks all.
I laugh. I juggle. I chortle.
The ugly socks of intelligence feed my dreams.
All is clean.

the other posts are delightfully vague, can i purchase a vowel, please?
