fantasy quest one - jeweled dagger

I have:
Sack
rope
hook
branch
both keys
hammer
shovel
nails
arrow
fishing pole
magic stone
club
ticket
pass ring
sunstone
sword

I know these passwords: Jello Bath, Peanut butter,Tootle cakes, and sanguine.

I can't get past the guardian because I haven't a clue where the jeweled dagger is.

I also can't get in the castle near the volcano or get into the vocano. Hints please!
