My turn.
As a chronic traveler, I guess I've tried all of the burgers. Well, except for White Castle. Do they have those in my native Kentucky?

In and Out burgers are better than average. I think they are mostly a Califorina burger. because I haven't seen the anywhere else.

Carl's Jr. used to have a "Southwestern Burger" that was great, but they discontinued it years ago. They merged with Hardy's, and the Hardy burgers have been improving ever since. Aren't they the ones who claim to use nothing but angus beef?

Krystal burgers are small, square and below average, but I still grab a sackfull from time to time.

Wendy's are the best. Period.

Burger King is near the top and they have good coffee.

Sonic isn't bad either, and it's usually a fun place. They do great things with sodas and ice cream.

Dairy Queen sometimes serves a good burger, but it seems to vary from place to place.

Tired of burgers? When that happens to me, I go to Taco Bell, or if I am in California, there is a Mexican fast food place called Green Chili, or something and they serve good stuff.

Looking for nutrition? Subway. And their health inspection scores are usually high.

Tired of fast food? Look for those old diners downtown (small towns best) where they serve the local people and have done so for 40 years. They stay in business because the food is good. If you get a waitress who is 60, that's a plus.

Try Steak and Shake. Looks like a burger, but tastes like steak. Great milkshakes if you can handle sugar.

Like fancy food? Take a Celebrity cruise and have a five course dinner every evening.
