The black sausage (sausage made with blood) they serve at civilian service training at Lapinjärvi, Finland. I understand it's not as good as real Tamperean black sausage. I've never had the real one (as I've never lived in Tampere) so I'll take people's word for it. The one they serve at the civilian service training is awful. It's the only meal I couldn't finish even because it was free.
