I had no intention of getting into a Barbie thread, but it reminded me of something.

I have a granddaughter who has black hair, dark brown eyes and very fair skin. It's a good combination. When she was little, her Barbie doll was black. I asked her mother why, and she said because the black barbie had black hair just like her. Makes sense to me.
