So I was reading the recent messages, and I ran across this ad:

"Guess which gift your love wants?"

On the left, a white teddy bear with a red traditional heart shape on its tummy... and a yellow tag attached to its ear saying, "$100". I don't know where the LowerMyBills, Inc. people get *their* teddy bears, but I would have figured them for less. But I digress.

On the right, the same, but the teddy bear on the right is sitting in a pile of stacks of greenbacks, and the tag says "$1000's".

They're right, it is a no-brainer. Both sides have the same teddy bear, and the tags are not too aesthetically different, so we'll focus on the greenbacks. BIG mistake. They're green, and as anybody who passed art class (and a few people who didn't) can tell you, green is the opposite of red. Plus, it's practical. Sure, she could use it to buy impractical things, but you're the one who's supposed to do that. The addition of the greenbacks would logically nullify the total romanticism of the bear, at best.

So, in conclusion, the teddy bear alone is the superior gift. Just try to find one in the double-digits, yeah?
