Wow. I have the same problem. I CAN NOT remember who people are. If you were to ask me to describe my friends, I could to some extent, but I have trouble conjuring up a mental image of them. Right now I just tried and had difficulty. For some reason though, I can always imagine what people's voices sound like. Weird.
