You need to improve your aim. However, since there is only one
area (well, two, but both need to be cleared) on campus that you
can practice and hone your aim, we need 2 things from you:

1) Your inventory.
2) What tasks you are aware of and which ones you have
completed.

Without that, I'd have to compose such a detailed, spoilery, and
LONG post that it'd probably get deleted before you could finish
reading it, and that wouldn't help anybody.

So not knowing where you are or what else you've done, I can at
least say this: There is a vague clue on the bulletin board by
your classroom - at least pertaining to the item used to perfect
your THROWING aim. As for where to practice... post your
inventory.
