Time travel, in books, games and movies alike is a mind-boggling concept when you try to figure out the rules. Perhaps that's why no one's invented it yet. :)

Anyway, while I don't understand the time travel thing myself, I know that the secret area has to be reached -before- you have your little trampoline accident.
