....ummm ok probably the stupidest questions ever, but how do i get the writing off of the virus disk & how do I get the worms?

my inventory:

CD player

demerit
disk w/ virus
eraser
glasses
gluestick
grass
hot wire instructions
lighter
mirror
mop head
pinto's cd
permatie
shirt
slip of paper
soldering iron
