St. Mary's: Possible Bug

I've done all the tasks except for the second section of Ms. Laurente's. It would be no problem (I know what to do, since I started over), but Mrs. Augustine and Letha Cherian won't leave. I'm not sure how I got them to leave before (they just disappeared at seemingly random times), but there really isn't anything left for me to do, except for things that require items that I get as a consequence of finishing the task.

So either it's a bug, or I need help getting those two people to leave.

Any help would be appreciated.
