Soldering Iron

Disk with Virus
Lighter
Perma-Tie
Syringe

Could someone please hint how to calm down the brats in S1C? I use everything I have found and nothing happens.

PS
If someone can help me find the wrench which is mentioned in most of the posts and the physics lab, I'll be eternally grateful.
