The filter would highlight the specific words in red for you, so you wouldn't even have to do that. That would give clues to the poster, yes, but that's better than giving them to the whole world. I think the nature of the secret area is such that knowing which objects pertain to it *after* you've already got them is only a nominal clue at best.
