The clue was left on the schoolgrounds anonymously, but if you read the counsellor's file you should know the keyword to recognize it.

Again, a note left around school gives a hint what to use (rememer to read everything multiple times until it starts cycling). Of course, you'll still need a good vantage point... and we all know Good Places are exclusively for staff. Unless you can get them out of the way, of course...
