St. Mary's- Now what?

I have the following items in my inventory: blue paint, bottle, bottle cap, CD player, chain, chalk, eraser, glue stick, hot-wiring instructions, juice, lighter, mirror, Mrs. Pinto's CD, Perma-Tie, shirt, soldering iron, spool of film, syringe, wire, and wrench.

My problems:
1) I have done part of what's needed to get the tooth prints, but I can't get the item back. I know I need to cause some kind of distraction, but I'm drawing a blank.

2) I still haven't figured out how to open up the window in the past.

3) I got the speaker out, but what am I supposed to do with it?

4) I know where one of the items is, but I can't get it. Every time I try to get it, I miss.
