Totally stumped on St. Mary's

I knew I'd eventually need to ask for hints as soon as I read that this game was tied with POA for the hardest game. Alas.

I've completed the brats, the artist search, and Mrs. L. Have given the gold to Mrs. D. I have no idea how to get the other ingredients for her, however I have lit the burner and put the coffee filter on experiment #2. Nor do I have any idea about how I would go about getting the shirt or money for the vending machine. I spoke to Gary in the library, then went 'back in time' for the shirt (he told me he lost it 'last night' but couldn't find it 'this morning'). No dice. I can't figure out how to help the dude in the computer lab either, although I have set the fire in the New Building and read the counseler's file twice. I would really appreciate some help. Here's my inventory
