poa- not getting anywhere

I have completed both assignments, found the cat, given the shard to Jonas Fisher, and now I can't do anything.

My inventory:
Leather Briefcase

Supply Room Card
Radio Receiver
Washcloth
Golden Necklace
Employment Papers
Business Card
Fire Extinguisher
Plastic Cup
I.D. Card
Crowbar
Nickel
Round Pot
Passcard (CQ60537)
Light Tube
Pet Snacks
Small Mirror

I'm stuck....Oh, I also have found 1 rubber tube and installed, see another just outside my quarters, but I can't reach it. No spoilers, please, just a nudge in the right direction.
