When I got lost in Shibble I made a map (okay, it was a flowchart, where I numbered each room and put where each choice took me...), and discovered there was only about 15 rooms in the whole game (counting the battle scenes as seperate rooms). I didn't map Spider Attack, but the exit can be reached in 5 or so moves form the start (it took me 8 once I knew where to go, but I guess there's a more efficient solution), so it shouldn't be too bad to map out...
