Catching the cart the first time is very easy(I am still trying to catch the second one) but as for getting into the caverns here ya go..................

OKay when your on the cart headed south and you come to the end where you have to jump off or go through the east tunnel and end your life ofcourse your going to jump off after you jump as quickly as possible you go W-S-E-E and catch the cart again its as simple as that.
