Embarissing question: Duke of Big, Chapter 8 (SPOILER)

I have read every hint for this chapter on the board, and I'm a moron and I still don't get it. I did all but one chapter by myself in Fuke of Gloom, and I only got one in Duke of Big so far. I simply don't know what it is.
