Hello Everyone, This is my inventory, Please help me out.

8 Red Gemstones
/ Magic Armor of Magic
/ Life Preserver
/ Bucket
2 Black Gemstones
/ Pick
/ Guard's Sword
/ Rope
/ Diving Mask
/ Ticket
/ Stone of Strengthening
/ Gray Focus Stone
/ Broken Free Trial Sword of Failing
/ Key of Questioning
/ Food Rations
/ Crate

I have been to Darius to get him to take me to get a new focus stone but he wants money and I don't have any. I know I should sell my suit of armor but how do I find the person to sell it to.
I have been stuck in this same place for atleast a month. Someone please help me. Also I can not find the key of opening. Thanks for anyones help.
